FROM EUROPE TO THE WORLD
THE FIRM
Studio Agostini & Kasapoğlu is an international boutique law firm based in Bologna and Ankara, founded by attorneys Alberto Agostini and Irmak Kasapoğlu.
We advise companies, investors and private clients in Italy and Turkey and represent their interests internationally, with a focus on cross-border business, corporate and commercial advisory, intellectual property, digital industries and emerging markets. Much of our work sits at the intersection of private business law, public regulation and innovation, where legal frameworks meet new economic realities.
Every mandate is personally handled by the partners. We believe in clear legal thinking, rigorous analysis and direct client engagement, ensuring that each matter is approached with strategy, precision and long-term perspective.

OUR BACKGROUND
Our team brings together lawyers with experience across different areas of law, including public law, private business law and innovation-driven sectors. This combination allows us to approach legal problems from multiple perspectives, while each lawyer maintains a strong foundation in their own field and works closely with the others within Studio Agostini & Kasapoğlu.
We belong to a generation of lawyers trained in the traditional structures of law while having grown professionally alongside new industries and technologies. This position allows us to act as a bridge between established legal frameworks and the evolving realities of modern business. Today our work extends to cross-border advisory and arbitration, as well as legal matters involving data protection, artificial intelligence and digital markets, while also advising clients operating in specialised sectors such as collectibles and memorabilia, brand protection and combat sports.
HOW WE WORK
We work primarily in English, Italian and Turkish, while our broader team brings additional language capabilities and international experience. Clients work directly with the partners, who remain personally involved in every mandate and maintain close communication throughout the engagement. We meet clients in our offices in Bologna and Ankara, also at their company headquarters or remotely, supporting their activities across jurisdictions with a flexible boutique approach.

We advise our clients in legal matters that often involve cross-border elements, new business models and fast-evolving markets.
