Founder
Alberto Agostini is the co-founder of Studio Agostini & Kasapoğlu and is admitted to the Bologna Bar Association. His practice is primarily devoted to commercial and contract advisory, with particular focus on Italy-Turkey cross-border operations and the collectibles and memorabilia market. His foundation in public and administrative law informs the analytical rigour that he brings to every matter.
A substantial part of his practice concerns the Italy-Turkey corridor. He assists Italian businesses approaching the Turkish market, Turkish companies establishing or investing in Italy, and clients already operating on both sides, with particular attention to contractual structuring, day-to-day management of business relationships and dispute resolution. In this area he also represents foreign companies before Italian courts in cross-border commercial proceedings.
He acts as ongoing legal counsel to companies and entrepreneurs, advising on the negotiation and management of commercial agreements, corporate governance, supplier and partner relationships, and the regulatory profiles connected with their business activity.
In the collectibles, memorabilia and trading-card market, he advises industry operators, online platforms and marketplaces, auction houses, grading services, professional dealers, specialist retailers and high-end collectors. His work includes the drafting and negotiation of terms of service, auction rules, consignment, deposit and custody agreements, as well as the resolution of disputes concerning authenticity, grading outcomes and the professional liability of market operators.
Public and administrative law remains a core component of his practice and the foundation of his legal training. He advises private clients, companies and public bodies in matters of urban planning and building regulation, environmental and landscape protection, expropriation for public use, public procurement and administrative sanctions, both in advisory work and in proceedings before regional administrative courts and the ordinary judiciary.
He further provides specialist assistance in the field of combat sports, with particular reference to contractual relationships, sponsorships and image rights, including in dealings with international promotions and governing bodies.
